So, I try to find cars for my nation right now. I seek for this for a year now. Let's say in 3 years I found a seller. So this took me 4 years to find one. So me and God got an idea to save the metropolitaine and alike
I've seen it in a video. And I don't have more information than that about it. They was putting a stuff over the concrete. I though it was to make it more stronger but now I believe it's for the corrosion. If the humidity can pass trough this material, there is no more corrosion and imo no more concrete deterioration. For ever.
It's even possible that the base in the ground can be coated too. Otherwise we remake the base and it's possible imo with la metropolitaine.
We can make Turcot and all other with that.
In my book, we need to do all that in 10 years to avoid collapse and I said first that it would require 60 000 workers but after thinking maybe 20 000 that work on the coating and some more for the factory of the meterial.
I vote that we do the research now and study to know if we can do that and if we can I vote that we pass on that top priority right now.

About my dev team and they need to do
So they can implied in what happen to me. They cannot be Québec traitor either. For the rate of criminality, they cannot be over sexual slavery. And the level will be shown soon, if God do that with me, in a table I'll do or my team will do.
So than I need a program that does not need windows to run. Because I think we could move to a new OS. So it need to run on the CPU and BIOS software, not, I repeat, on Windows OS. So if we move to a new OS, we'll be able to move the program.
For now, the program need to be scalable like in Windows. It we're on Win10, it does not need tray for now. It will be load and use in the taskbar.
What need to be done than and first is:
It will work in tab like Firefox. The first tab will be the Bureau tree. A separate program will be able to do a tree map of all the Bureaux. When the Bureau clicked, it need to show its tree. And on double click of the Bureau, it need to show info and ways to send messages.
The other team, because I just though about it will do a website with all the open post and a way to send their file to a system that will give me the opportunity to see all personal files in each Bureau post open. So how does work the virus and the hack in here
So there is rumors that everybody that is high here have pass degree. But imo this is lie. How it work imo:

So anybody dominant can hack a weak and take control of their electronic. This can go as far as company that does spyware.

The new progammation standard that would be for running any programs on SecureX
HTML is a set of function that you can call to display. Correct me if I'm wrong. More than that, you can do more stuff but it is suppose to be safe. Like for example, a website cannot rewrite on Windows directory nor change the memory of the current program.

About ads or publicity in my Realm
When someone work for his own company and try to get a production facility and when someone is getting I don't know what of ads or publicity with a site that is supposed to be own by the nation, I think that when this happens, it's clear that it's not the same thing.
So for now, I'd say that publicity or ads cannot be in my Realm. We'll see later if things change and you can bring your arguments.

About the network or internet bandwidht and who get it in my Realm
Nationalism mean that we are live in a co-citizen way of life. That everything is make is the property of the nation and his citizen. So the total bandwidth is the property of the citizen of the nation.
This said, it is good to point that national-private company are legal. So they make work their interest while respecting the law and the nationalism. So they have the right to have bandwidth.
Out of pure logic, the bandwidth should be reserve to what does not need 2 way signal to be parse. Stuff such as games and movies. But the national-private company exist, so they can have bandwidth.
So the math will be something like that:
The movies industrie got 20% of the production, so it can have 20% of the bandwidth.
This math formula could debate and change.
Of course while I think about it, a national-private company can use the bandwidth of his industries, not their allied industries, example: Ford got 10% of the production and want to use 10% of the bandwidth in their affiliated or allied game studios company. Private company in my Realm
Private company is important in capitalism. It is too in my idea; whether it's communism or socialism.
I pretend that on Earth, any human being can start a private company. In some region, you need to be register to start a private company, it's not the case in my Realm: Anybody can start one and this follow the natural right but for my State to give stuff a private company need and for being in the organized production, the private need to be register.
So in capitalism, a private company is most likely created to make income or survive. In my Realm, a private company is make to gain social rank and own a business for self administration. Also for defending his opinion and his friends production. Example: The Xbox if for X better than PC and this is important for company owner; The private company will defend the Xbox culture.
For the registration, it need X worker of the population of Y nation to make it work. All the rest can make their company.-- But of course, The Royal State need to be agree with what the company does or produce.--- And when a company is accepted, R are given and all the material needed to make it work is given. The State reserve the right to manage this company if needed. --A company can be start even if they are in the Royal production. ---It is possible that when X is not working, and so get his R like everybody else, X could start a company and do its own stuff because X does not need to have anything; Example: Programs.

La raison pourquoi je ne donne pas cela au Généraux c'est parce que nous sous entendons qu'il y a des très grandes personnes beaucoup plus grand et intelligent que mes généraux. Alors si c'est le cas et si peut les prendre, ils s'occuperont du commandement avec moi au jour le jour.
Noter que n'importe qui peut possiblement atteindre ce rang avec un bon rendement.

But I don't understand what is going to happens if they loose oil and electricity. Even if God do that with me, a lot of people is going to be in huge trouble. And like if I can give a high R to all people that own a lot of cash now.
No they need to be in organization so the administrator of these organization can give them the high R. And the King need to decide how much R of X class he give to which organization.
So example: There is 20 000 R of 40 000(no income tax) available is Montreal region. So 5 000 can be given to X organization and 15 000 to Y.
Now it appear that if The King have Emperium Victoria, other leaders should have it. Because they need to make income class in their organization.

I could also pass in Quebec and the world and have the info about the organization and make a state without being in one, in one organization.
Second, I do not manage fm or koc. They manage it. If I'm needed to manage them, than it's all over for them and they will now on be call the organization of Québec country. I doubt they can recover from oil lost
It take 40 hours to two guys to make a door and it's sold 200$. It take one minute to gather 1 litter of water to make 2 dollar at the pump. I'm not good enough in math to make the ratio but it's like 2000% profit while normal stuff is I guess 10% profit.
So it's a lot of money, and you can't make that money with something else. So when they will loose it, I pretend that they will not recover from it.
This said, it is also possible that they could find a solution to our current currency without oil. But I doubt. And I say this because imo I'm a huge ignorant and I have heard rumours that money is not use as I think it is. More use as a VIP pass for some people and especially me.

So what do we do?
2442 is not even good anymore. Because I don't understand how the organization could work. I'm not going to manage the fm and it appear that they won't be able to manage themselves. IMPORTANT AND URGENT

Il viens à mon esprit que nous sommes plus dans le trouble que je pensais. Si un pont majeur tombe, ils ne seront plus capable de retourner à la maison. Et les routes seront tous bloquer. La seul solution pour ne pas perdre vos voiture et ne pas à avoir à marcher pendant 30 heures pour retourner chez vous est la FERMETURE DES ROUTES IMMÉDIATEMENT.
Donc si vous continuer, vous allez vraiment être dans le gros trouble quand ça va tomber. Je suis sûr qu'ils continuer d'essayer d'utiliser les routes et donc rester bloquer.
Donc je vous dis, vous devez maintenant fermer les routes et faire le covoiturage avec déménagement. À moins que vous savez que ça ne tombera pas toute suite. Seul ceux qui font du covoiturage peuvent utiliser les routes. Et encore là, Dieu que ce n'est pas assez. Nous devons déménager 30% de ceux qui travaillent pour que ça passe.

To explain why I've said I can and I have the right to be rich in the Cosmos dialogue with Charle Bourgogne
God let me write that and even let me think about it(Let me think about writing that).
Good to point for a start that I'm kind of agree with God but not sure if it's true: I cannot be correct, the creation and so me is not correct. Does it look like that I torture a lot with that extreme antenna? Torturing even criminals look correct in reality? Unsure.
So this said, the term rich is not the good one. But God does not allow me to use more term to define what I mean beside poor and rich in the mean time. So what is the difference between owning a great car and a great house and having an ultra large antenna that allow me to change the whole world? At first, rich mean the great car and house but it could also mean somehow having a great thing that can give a lot.
So when I know what kind of antenna I have, it cannot be said that I'm not rich somehow. And I'm saying that I have the right to be. I'm not doing anything wrong with it. I'm doing all the correct thing so it can work on earth. But like I said, read again the first paragraph.
Over that, if God do that with me. I'm going to be with the best, the best doctor and ect. Is it being rich? I think yes. Is it being rich to have the fastest computer? Who got it? The best that make it work(me) or the best criminals? Does it look I can do something else than being rich at some point if God does this with me? So I did a little mistake about Windows and how safe it can be

Windows will do a scan before running a program. The scan will make sure that some instruction to the cpu won't be there: For example, the instruction write on boot loader. Write on Windows files. Just to clarify about the my secure digital system
The step to achieve a secure network:
I pretend that I could have million of people I can trust working on this project and I pretend it would not take a lot of time to do it. But I doubt I could find the people I can trust.
I make you remember that the point of SecureX is sex and you will be able to send video to friends and private groups. And of course watch the video of your friends and groups you have join as it get posted. Later, we could have sms, social network and files transfer and a lot more.
You want me to do the project? I ask for a tv team to show you that I'm right and that it is going to work.
- I need about 10 saint. Some competent in hardware some in software
- Hardware on server change and verified by saint. Same for clients.

Pour le luxe, il est évident que c'est périlleux parce que la situation international est très instable selon moi. Et la preuve de cette instabilité est moi et mon antenne cosmique d'une grandeur infinie selon les rumeurs. Donc, si tous nos client sont dans le luxe, je dirais que nous pourrions envisager de quitter si nous savons que les ponts tombent présentement même. Noter que pour le peu d'information et de connaissance que j'ai, c'est un peu bizarre que c'est moi qui prendrais la décision là dessus. Alors à vous de juger par rapport à ce que je viens d'écrire.
Pour ce qui est des affaires et de la diplomatie. Donc je commencerais par dire que ce ne sera pas la fin du monde et donc loin de la fin du marché sur Terre. Et que selon moi, les hommes d'affaires on souvent besoin de bouger et loin et vite pour accomplir leur entente. Les avions de lignes ne partent pas n'importe quand et ne vont pas selon moi n'importe où. L'homme d'affaire doit partir dans l'heure et possiblement aller là ou les avions de lignes ne vont pas. Et les diplomate sont dans la même situation selon moi. Donc, si vos acheteur sont dans ce secteur, je crois que nous avons de grande chance de vendre et je l'est garderaient pour le moment.
En passant, j'ai possiblement un acheteur au Moyen-Orient et par contre il ne paie pas le prix complet. J'estime 80%. J'ai pas de catalogue pour le moment.

About intelligence
I come to a mental state when I think it could be possible that they did plane pilot instead of doctor. Lead doctors. -Read end for more info
So like I said in the past, I need to know what is all about about intelligence. Especially if they want me to organize an organization or a nation.
So far I found out that I appear to be smarter. I don't smoke while other does. And these other appeared to not be aware of the risk of smoking without me to telling them. If this is true, we can clearly see a major difference of intelligence. To me this is very slow or very idiot. But as a remember I would not say that publicly if I could.
The problem is, I can't tell if they are liar or troll.
So I need someone that can either make me believe what he is saying about intelligence is right or either someone I can trust.
Also about the test of IQ. I believe it could be possible to find out the intelligence of someone with that. But there is for sure something else than IQ rating. And so far I'd say it could look as Class 1, class 2, class 3, class 4 and so on. And of course all these class need an explanation on what is the difference.
Furthermore, it is good to point that there is possibly the aptitude too. Which is for example skills in FPS. I'm not sure if some could have a low intelligence and high skills or the skills rate always represent the intelligence rate: So if he is good at COD after 20 hours or practice, we can say that he is more intelligent and we could even possibly estimate intelligence rate over cod performance. The point of this subject started by that paragraph was that there is intelligence rate to choose a leader but also his aptitude. For instance, better intuition that could lead to better future while the other more intelligent one has a poor intuition.

So from the new developement, it sound very good to make them work at home when it will collapse
For all these worker on computer all day long. They could work at home and save the roads when it will collapse and when carpooling will be require. This is because I'm not sure that it will pass after the collapse even with carpooling.
So if the network can take the charge. They for sure need to do that. Now this take preparation and software change. So we got the time to work on that now and otherwise we'll do it, maybe, after the collapse.
Also do not forget the encryption that is needed in such operation. I pretend that a simple program can be install on a Windows computer. And of course the worker need a computer at home.

What my website registration would look like
First good to point that when I'll have a team to make website, I'll analyze what I need to do and than I'll choose about whatever I do first and whatever I do later. Also, some feature that I want may take more time to do because they are more advanced and graphical. So I could just make some feature simple to save time.
So for now, since I'm not aware at all of how much resources I have and how much stuff I have to do. I'll do a simple registration. Not need of animation or anything fancy. Just a form on a new little windows maybe or on the current website. And also, it need to have ok graphics, not a very ugly form. This one will look like:

Je viens de lire un peu le programme du parti le FrontNational en France et Dieu me demande d'écrire le mien. Évidement, je n'ai pas les informaticien pour faire un beau travail graphique comme eux. Construction fictive d'un état
Alors Dieu fait comme si j'aurais passer toutes les prérequis pour commencer mon État Royal. Et commence à développer.
Donc j'ai déjà énumérer en 15 minutes environ 50 bureaux.
Et je dis que chaque bureau à un Maitre Administrateur en chef. Et je dis que chaque bureau à des offices. Et quelque chose entre les deux que je vais appeler Cabinet. Maitre parce que ils sont expert dans ce que le bureau est: Exemple, bureau de l'acier, expert en acier. Administrateur en chef parce qu'ils commandent tout de ce bureau. Notez en passant que c'est un commandement de droit dans l'État Royal rouge.
Et pour le moment, tout ces Maitres Administrateur en chef on un ordinateur avec écran de bureau. Souris est recommander mais non exiger pour le moment.
Sur ces ordinateurs, le SDO est Windows 10. Et les deux programmes pour le moment sont SmartDiary qui existe déjà et MainFrame qui doit être fait. Pour ce qui est du premier, il sert à noter tout ce qui se passe dans le bureau. Le but de ce programme est de faire évoluer le bureau et donc l'État Royal. Il sera peut être un jour syncer avec les autres SmartDiary des autres bureaux. Le second serait le centre de commande que tout les haut gradé(Notez que pour le moment les MAEC sont pas des haut gradé) et grande personnes auront accès. Voir même peut être tout les membres de l'État Royal. Pour l'instant c'est un programme en fenêtre redimensionnable et surtout maximisable. Et la seul chose que nous pouvons voir est une grand écran blanc avec des carrés avec des nom dessus. Ces nom sont les bureaux que je viens de dire dans le cosmos.

Quand nous auront fait tout cela, je vais devoir être mandaté pour être Roi du Québec et commencer à bâtir un État Royal. Évidement que les organisations pourraient garder de l'autonomie. Yea this is my theorie.
Because to me the rating of a politician or a politics is not good with a left and right.

If God and the x society want to build a state in Québec, do we hide the more possible?
No, I pretend that in the case that God does this, he change how mankind is working. I need to know everything to make it work correctly. Well thinking of it, I doubt it would be good for me to know the secret of the encryption of our state. But for a lot of things that I'll ask for day after day, I need it. I'm not thirsty of knowledge, I just want to do my job correctly and make that state and nation work for good. Well in fact, I'm thirsty of knowledge but I understand that in my case and because there is a lot of people in my "head", I can't know everythings what other does.
We'll judge than and than about what can be know and what cannot be.

So I say in this case, that they need to fulfil a form from one of the bureau of my Royal state. It is unclear if the company could found another way to make the website. So for now, I don't know.
Also, it could be possible, in a very well and sophisticated situation, that the company own points for a lot of things that goes from good work to other good things they did. Could use these points to than buy the service of the webmaster. Good to note there that the points cannot be use by the webmaster at all like it would have been for regular money.

My standard for games that can be released
For EA, I will just say to the team that Ark need to be fixed on the monster. Than it pass for EA. Now it does not.
For being finish, the game need to fulfil these points(Note that it could change with time):

- No major bugs such as the monster in Ark should be live
- A pc game should have the graphics options, price define quality

Communism and how to make work the worker
From my thinking and my knowledge, I say it again, I come to the conclusion that only communism is possible to make it work.
This is, if the worker ask for a pay to work. Because how can we pay them other than with communism? I have no clue. I'm all alone here?
So if I say to the worker, that the state is working to make it work and that everybody will receive the same pay. Does it make the worker work? No? Than I have no solution.
If the worker ask for me more cash than those who do not work, I hope they can at least admit that those who not work should have enough cash to reproduce. Otherwise our town will disappear. Also, is it safe and sense to have more cash than the majority of the town? Can we hold? Who is going to answer to that? Because of what I've seen, the riot, I expect that it could be a little hard for 20% of the town to have much more than the 80%. We could try it if they want but I vote no. Also, when I say they could vote on that, are they smart enough and mature enough to understand that we should not take heavy risk that could kill the whole town? Where is this knowledge that I need? God pretend that they are plain dumb. So you tell me that they vote on that? Anyway I could have not the choice to do it than but like the subway, we'll see if one day it collapse.

Now I think everybody know why for them.

There is also the high tech that appear to be in trouble with me.
And than we got some theories about those who do not want to loose power and money. They could be in large group and very organized.

I start with, I do my own stuff. I got no formation whatsoever nor any invitation to something that have a plan. Free market for games and movies distribution
I come to the conclusion that free market is possible with this. It is not wrong for mankind nor for progressism to make box and print CD. When I know that kind of games, for now, is most likely for rich, when I know about how much cost the food, I don't see the problems that these rich or these VIP want to have box and cds. But it appear as I write this, that when this distribution, the physical one, the box and cds is for the mass, it could have problems with plain sense of this production and market.

It sound like encryption work
From my thinking, I think it should work. So what I mean by that is that I can send a signal from LA to MTL without anyone able to leech the signal or the file in the signal.
Here how I proceed in my case:
First we take for acquire that the file in the signal a series of 1 and 0.
So a file look like this:

Now what my encryption program do is change the 0 for 1 in that file and the 1 for 0. This is quite simple but I can be much more complicated. I will generate 1000 possibility of series that could be found in the file(note that I don't know the rating and I did not ever played with this. But out of my logic and mere thinking, I guess I should match a lot of series). So one of it will be 1100. So the encryption program will start from the beginning of the file and each time it will encounter a serie of 1100 it will change it for 0011. Now I will do as much as series as I can. And only the decrypter on the end of the transmission know for what the 1100 need to be change. Now for the number of series that need to be crypt, it's about the cpu speed of the end modem that define how much series I can have.
Sound this work to me. Now I'll put a team of expert and try decrypt one of my signal to see if it is secure or not. I could help btw on that.
Btw, an encrypted signal can be compress too. It look like that it could be encrypted and compress in the meantime.

I forgot to say that a secre key need to make so the decrypter know how to its job. So the key will be install in the modem with a wire and no way to change that key or leech it without a password. Brute force not welcome retards.

From my thinking and the cosmic talk, I can surely say that I'm not the one that should choose whatever we should go to Steam distribution or physical distribution. Normally, I could say that if they did Steam, it's because they did the math and the vote and they are in the right direction. Okay so from my thinking. There is a solution to the bandwidth problem and it's the one way analogic stream. This is if there is a lot of frequency. Downside is, it could take a lot of cpu time. But now they need to make the math first than vote. So the math is, how much cost a wafer or a cpu and a server for how much cost the printer and the transport and store structure. This said, I'd need a lot of info to do that and I need to work on this with paper and calculator.
Than when the math are done, if the distribution way is even or so, we need to vote. And on that I say centre and progressism. This surely not mean 6 ferrari each Jessy. If the math give full advantage to one, than I think no vote is needed.
