The region absolutely need a transport order and this mean they need the Red Order

It will collapse soon. And it will be impossible to send oil to the region anymore because if they receive oil they will rejam the roads that have been unjam.

Of what I know, like in town, the region are a bunch of fools that do anything they want and everything bad and goes as far as trying to destroy mankind. This kind of people cannot be trusted to have oil and they surely not going to respect the transport order.

So I say that the region need the Red Order of the equivalency. They need to pass the echelons of the gros bons sense, than respect the transport order to receive oil and survive.

Remember that the region won't be able to come in town, in Montreal, here in Québec. They'll need to have their goods sent and deliver. There is no more roads for them after the collapse.

I say it again: The region need the Red Order!
