Cheating online is still possible in my idea and anti cheat are possible

I make you remember that I say that the rich should be the citizen. And the people that get all the goodies are the rich and so the citizen. I expect that a nation should have like 40% of citizen minimum. All this people respecting the universal Makesist constitution and respecting the 5 duty. So the nation will work well and the 7 or so order necessary to maintain the nation in good health will be keept by the citizen. Last thing, the rest should be American 2 or Quebecers 2.

This said, the nation or the entity of citizen can be wicked. To be rich is already wicked and you can do much more imo if it's the will of the entity of citizen. More such as online cheating and prostitution.

Now for cheating, I think the citizen entity need to vote to know if they want that or not. The vote should be under the direction of the King. So if it's tighten, the King will decide if they take the online cheating or not or maybe split the entity of citizen in two, one part that cheat and the other that don't.

Now for the anti-cheat. Simple program such as: IF accuracy is over 60% = ban. This on secure server that cannot be touch by the users or the gamers.
Simple as that for the bot. Cmon.
