All crime need to be on a list. A slider is than made and they are move to the top if they are more serious crime. Simple as that. Than we need to define he peine for each crime and more it's serious more it's hard.
We also need to make up our mind on the most serious crime. For now it will be traitor we'll see when I have he slider and the team if it change or not.
