I took that decision a while back because after thinking about it, I decided it was making no sense that some people would not pay for that when young and have no doctor and meds when old.
What is going to happens imo, is that the people who did not pay will receive public founding or charity and they should have pay like all.
So if I can they will need to pay taxes for public healthcare and assurance for meds. Everybody.
In socalism, it could be something else than taxes, it's not perfectly clear for now. I think it's just a matter of in what the production is put.
