So I did a little mistake about Windows and how safe it can be

Let's start by it is obvious that for this security technique that Windows has not been made with backdoor in it. So if Windows is clean it's what it can do to offer the opportunity to software developers all around the world to make and sell product for Windows OS and system.

I post this in politics because I feel this is very important.

Windows will do a scan before running a program. The scan will make sure that some instruction to the cpu won't be there: For example, the instruction write on boot loader. Write on Windows files. And so on. The so on need to be work a lot and think. Not me to do that. At his finish this system is similar to HTMLX that I have talk yesterday.

Of course some software could not work because of these restriction. And it does not mean that this program in question is a virus or a malware. So:

A panel will appear when a exe is start, it will ask:
Choose your options:
Safe and no network
Safe and network live
Unsafe

It could have advanced panel to run customize. Things such as writing over Windows file could be off when writing on boot loader could be on.

So if you run the program in unsafe mode, it's your business to get clean programs.

Do I need to say that a program like System explorer should not get access to the network and so push on safe and no network? Does it look like a mail client?
