It take 40 hours to two guys to make a door and it's sold 200$. It take one minute to gather 1 litter of water to make 2 dollar at the pump. I'm not good enough in math to make the ratio but it's like 2000% profit while normal stuff is I guess 10% profit.
So it's a lot of money, and you can't make that money with something else. So when they will loose it, I pretend that they will not recover from it.
This said, it is also possible that they could find a solution to our current currency without oil. But I doubt. And I say this because imo I'm a huge ignorant and I have heard rumours that money is not use as I think it is. More use as a VIP pass for some people and especially me.
