Let's talk about the R system again

It come to cosmic debate that it's not one person that decide who got the R.

I don't understand God, who choose than?

I say it's the king. And if we need the R system and communism, the organization are out and all join Québec 2?

Also when Bernard Landry claim that it is not everybody that need a R, he also meant that they do need to reproduce and say than that he don't care if they reproduce or not because it's not important. Now an other thing, if they want to have more cash than whom, because whom are they talking about that get not the same amount of R?
