Private company in my Realm

Private company is important in capitalism. It is too in my idea; whether it's communism or socialism.

I pretend that on Earth, any human being can start a private company. In some region, you need to be register to start a private company, it's not the case in my Realm: Anybody can start one and this follow the natural right but for my State to give stuff a private company need and for being in the organized production, the private need to be register.

So in capitalism, a private company is most likely created to make income or survive. In my Realm, a private company is make to gain social rank and own a business for self administration. Also for defending his opinion and his friends production. Example: The Xbox if for X better than PC and this is important for company owner; The private company will defend the Xbox culture.

For the registration, it need X worker of the population of Y nation to make it work. All the rest can make their company.-- But of course, The Royal State need to be agree with what the company does or produce.--- And when a company is accepted, R are given and all the material needed to make it work is given. The State reserve the right to manage this company if needed. --A company can be start even if they are in the Royal production. ---It is possible that when X is not working, and so get his R like everybody else, X could start a company and do its own stuff because X does not need to have anything; Example: Programs.

Don't forget about the invisible market friends.

In Royal communism or Royal socialism, it's the same about my view on private company. It's not because X is rich or nanti that he can start doing what he want in the Realm.
