My new politic about the regional structure and the worker that need to camp to repair it

In the case that the merchant that need to have his structure rebuild or repair because of time destruction or even accident such as fire or natural disaster, the nation and the society need to make the inquiry about what they did with their income and are they vital or not. So in the case that they did dropping and took the money for their own shake and they are not vital, my new politics claim that the worker are not force to go camp and repair their installation. They could do it for cash, it's their business but again I will repeat they are not force. If the production is vital, they need to be force and paid with bonus for these hard work. Also in the case that this happens a lot we need to size camper truck, helicopter and maybe even the motel so they can have a good rate of life while doing their work in the far region.

In the case that our older leaders did not work on the regional structure at all and a lot of it need to be rebuild, we need to take a part of our construction worker and do it asap. With the technique state in the paragraph over and this if possible.
