For the rank, how I give good rank

Like I said, I'll have no choice to take the current rank at the beginnings but things could change as time goes.

How I give the rank?

First if I could do whatever I want, I'd probably choose the best gene for me and for my cause or political opinion. But it's not sure that I could do such thing since my primary mandate is not my own agenda but to make it work.

So the best of course get good rank. The most successful. Great intelligence gene could have a fixed rank because they will for sure be successful.
