There is major problem with Microsoft and Windows and most of them are about security. But the reason why I don't go Win 10 is because of the online login when you enter in Windows and the fact that the network could be over anytime.
Also I claim that I've been enchant to use Windows 10 and that maybe a lot of people fought to kill it in the basement.
Windows 7 is the best Microsoft OS so far and the one that should be use imo.
The reason why I'll keep using Windows 10 on the laptop is because I'm to lazy to install Windows 7 and also I'm not even sure if the driver of this laptop is available for Windows 7. But anyway, if I can do what I want and if the basement computer is working, I'm mostly going to be on that computer because of it's speed and because I prefer use a desktop than a laptop for working even if the keyboard of my laptop appear to be better.

The reason of the shit(that could be the explanation for all my pain as I read what I wrote))
Here imo what are the reason of the shit. There is those who did it and those who paid for it.
So for those who did it:
And in the order of importance.
Money: They did that for an income of any kind. Can be money or anything else like cars or food.
Power: They did this so I fall in the society and especially with the girls and so I do not treat their power. I also fall in influence because I say that people claim God is not with me so be with me is no good.
Social rank: Like my genetic-brother, I expect they did this to raise in the social hierarchy or even pass echelons.
Market: They did this for their market because they expected from that I'd not be with the girls and so not buy beauty product instead of food.
Masculine: Because not being with the girls is being with the mens and so make advance their culture and they're friends.
The market responsible for the shit is:

God in his case either hate me or sacrificed me or just sold me.
So for those who did it:

24 hours versus am/pm apppear to be a total crap
And I found the way to prove it. It require me 20 random citizen. I'm going to ask them some questions and I'll find out if it's good or not.
According to my expectation, I say that people need to convert it in am/pm to have a good time idea of the day. In this case, I'm changing it to am/pm.
Like the Imperial measure, it jam the effectiveness of the nation and it's like if we have a kind of thing that slow us down.
So for now and until I got my study running, I'm going to use the am/pm.
And also, what the hell mean am and pm? I can't find the answer anywhere. So changing that to some compatible with the English and French culture will be good. It could also fit with the Occident.
(I'll do that change when I'll be at the White House)

They need to do that secretly, this is a must. If they start doing that not secretly, I pretend it's the fall of the regime that goes to the apocalypse.
Than come all what you need to do to do that:

- Wisdom is a must
- Use of torture a must
- Ritual in echelon a must
- Strong chief a must
- Very hierarchic a must
- Social echelon a must that could be even needed ritual social echelon
- Most likely a lot of dogma that can be useful-idiot dogma
- Be plain and only evil as propaganda a must, good only for the chief and some rank
- All information category divide and parse in echelon and rank
- Misinformation and flooding a must for the mass
- Misinformation for low rank a must
- To not use the force for stupidity
- To not abuse money
- To not abuse power or force for cheating
- To not cheat
- Main weapons to keep the regime
- To be use at max
- Mostly use for terror
- Use for minor punishment
So it require a lot of organization to do all that and in my case it would not be that hard except for being evil especially against innocent. Which is possibly the case of a lot of their members even the most rich.

The fall of the English culture
I can't call it an empire: An empire come with a Emperor. I can't call it a Realm: A Realm come with a King. So until I found out their form of government, I'm going to call it the English culture.
Why does Ubisoft speak English? Because they are English settler? No I doubt. It's because they have economic interest for doing that. Follow my echelons to find out why they do that. So when I know it's possibly for the cars they speak English, I think it's clear that they won't speak English for ever.
Now look at what happens with me. I speak English right now and I claim it's because the French forces sold me. See I started to speak French only and got the movies. Is it a proof for you? Do I'm going to pay my own enchant?
So I want to point that because of the cars that look to be their main economy or force, they will fall and even if I wanted to do something, there is nothing to do. It is true that the whole place fall with the cars but even more for those who make the cars.
And now, I'm better be enchant because I do not speak English. I'm waiting for a deal although but we're far from it. In fact, the communication is easy and near these day but look at the gamespot pm post and this after years of fighting from me, I think I can say we're far from it.

News: Who is going to be rich and nanti in divine socialism
If God give me the power that I was calling Imperium Victoria in the past. In this case, it won't be communism, it will be socialism which is about the same with income class and rich.
So at first it will be my friends. Than come who God ask me to. Than those who pass my echelons and than the high grade and high tittle of other organization that I'll inherit.
It's not that hard to pass my echelon and I can pass a lot of people in a week. And I can have big mass that pass the echelon too but mass echelon will be forget for now.
Everybody in Québec nation will have a rank and tittles. So according to the rank or/and the tittle, the citizen could be rich or nanti.
It's good to make you note that I won't have the same numbers of rich that we have now. I won't give as much as house as the capitalism gave.
It's important to understand that in the case God give me power, I will start socialism and end capitalism. Capitalism is random and not under the command of anything but maybe God so nobody have the control so I don't have so I can't find solution. In socialism, I control the whole place with a State and I'll find a solution to all our problems.
Final note: Even the rich will do carpooling; Only emergency vehicles and defense vehicles will not use carpooling rules.

I'm not going to give high ranks or better ranks to the whole town unless God ask me and unless God prove me it's not for raping or declassing. What is going to happens is that a lot of people will have the same rank and different tittles. For those that work, they all get a rank at job unless it's now a coop and I could preserve the coop system. So you get a rank at work and other one at life. Of course, the State will have high rank, it does not mean that they can ask anything to anybody like I'm doing; We'll see later if I can trust them to give them that power for our good.
